For lovers of hi teck Detroit House it don’t get much better than this dream team pairing of Omar and Theo. The new hope of detroit Omar S has been a underground hero for a while now, his London debut recently at the shrunken head party saw rows of very ernest young men armed with cameras and notebooks crowding the floor (much to the annoyance of the dancers who was loving his groove). Fans of Theo will know this as ‘Dirty Distortions’ a much tried and tested AND wanted groove in Parrish’s recent sets. It’s a hypnotic groove/loop that goes thru every setting known to man and is worked within a inch of its life, the term relentless would give it justice… be careful though it plays from the inside out?
