Phats & Small are moving on with the times and have dropped the filtered disco angle for something different. Taking a leaf off Cicada’s book, the Brighton duo has gone for a dancey new-wave tip based on rockin’ live bass and guitars. Featuring Space Raiders’ Mark Hornby on vocals ‘Night Like Dis’ isn’t a cover of The Cure but a fine example of Brit pop-house on a commercial tip (also Tom Novy remix).
