If you feel like a naughty school kid anywhere near a chemistry lab, then Promise Land ‘Why I Still Love You’ will have you twiddling the ends of your mad scientist moustache. It’s explosive in that over-brimming heavy metal to acid combination and it bangs as hard as a controlled suitcase explosion in the car park of any airport. It gets a little bit baggy when the vocodered vocal filters through but all is forgiven when it snaps back and jumps back fully into the fray. Rocking.
