Opening with the delicious party infused rhythms of White Feather this debut release for Brooklyn’s Statra is explosive to say the least. But it’s not all simply pumping beats as this creative production mixes together elements of dub and cinematic sound scopes which all cumulate in a most rewarding breakdown. Midnight Safari then gets weird with a deep house bassline and twisted noises with the aptly titled Say No More finishing off this definitely stunning ep.
