With a ‘Rulers of the Deep’ album on its way, things are hotting up in the NRK stables. And this package is certainly a scolder, thanks to one of the hottest production duos in the world at the moment, Nic Fanciuilli and Andy Chatterley, AKA Skylark, AKA The Buick Project. The main mix is a chunky, jacking affair with a dirty, electro bassline. Acid synths weave in and out of the mix, cutting and submerging the mix and vocal snips. Their attention to detail is exemplary, over tones of old rave tracks take this production to another level and when you drop this you are going to be grinning from ear to ear- trust us. The dub is a bit deeper and more pumping, although at 124bpm, essential as ever.
