Nic Fancuilli & Andy Chatterley carry on their Skylark capers with a fat double header for Junior Boys Own. ‘When In Rome’ starts deep & builds nicely with a few old skool sounds thrown in for good measure, then in comes the Italo break down with disco strings & that ol’ chestnut the scream up piano, the result is hands in the air & big smiley faces all round. Over on the flip ‘1962 Tornadoe’ takes a techy route, as ravey keys ride on hissing hats and a 303 bassline, leading to memories of squishing around in the mud whilst being mesmerized by a water cooled lazer.
