We adore “Love Triangle Music” for a number of reasons, chiefly for their love of melancholy house music that’s helping bring a pinch of trance back into minimal house music and also for giving us weapons of choice for those moments when a bit of emotion is needed on the dance floor to really take the lid off the party. Additionally their releases are always impeccably produced and feature great remixers at the top of their games. Solar’s “Low Enhance” follows that pattern perfectly, a gem of sparse chord led house that has been designed for a pumping Function One sound system. Label boss Williams, who was responsible for one of our tracks of last year (his remix of Eyerer & Chopsticks “Electric”) supplies an even leaner Love Triangle remix that sounds incredible loud. Bonus track, ‘Alone’, rounds things up beautifully with another capsule of barely contained club love.
