Belgium in the house as Jean Vanesse and Thomas Schet, aka Spirit Catcher, join forces with rising new artist Maxime Firket, aka Compuphonic, who’s already released on Tiga’s Turbo and Dirty Dancing. ‘Mastermind’ is up to the usual high standard expected of the chaps who created the Night Vision album, setting up a deep groove whose topping ebbs and flows, even recalling Red Planet with some of the frequencies. ‘Dream Machine’ goes even deeper with bottomless pads and springy floaterama all round, a subtle masterwork.
