As the WeaponsGrade label hits release number ten they serve up a massive new single from State of the Nation. It comes backed with a remix by Tom Finn and, says the PR, “involves kidnapping all the world leaders, injecting them with the LoveShots serum to cure all the hate inside of the them while showing an atrocity exhibition of all the terrible things that they have committed. Once cured of hate, they are released back into power with the clear agenda of stopping all wars and canceling world debt!” The tune itself is a massive, main room house anthem with saw tooth synths, diva vocals, whirring machines and big beats. It will send the kids bat shit crazy and is full of colour, explosive chords and raved up energy that cannot be ignored. The Tom Finn remix is much more stripped back and subdued. The vocal line remains, but the track over all is much cooler and more heady. It will add groove and drive to any set and rounds out a great release for the label.
