Close your eyes as the sun goes down and picture a rolling bassline, italo pianos, glorious euro synths and a guitar solo taking the lead. ‘Riding The Wave’ has all it takes to turn into a conquering end of night anthem. It’s of course dangerously over-the-top, with big room breakdowns, but the naive italo-disco candour and overall freedom from care win over. How can you say no to a bit of balearic abandon?
