You know when you have a ridiculous litmus test for what works and what doesn’t? Well the ninja house cat aka Patch cried, pawed at my window and did one when the curious muzak-y / Thai restaurant soundtrack reminiscent Kygo remix was in full flow. For sure there are radio stations and consumers who will prefer it but to me it’s a bad sign. Patch loves house music. He stayed and enjoyed the other two mixes immensely so ‘bravo’ to New World Sound for tearing the track a new one, with their surgically enhanced, helium tweaked, unfeasibly large cojones rewiring and to Los Soruba for their moody, black as pitch, afterhours speaker rattler.
