Fast rising London-based duo taMe are here to make their mark once more, this time with a new EP on their own self titled label. It features two killer cuts as well as one club version and is the seventh release on this pair’s now much loved label. For this EP the pair have linked with UK singer/songwriter Lauren Francis to cook up the steamy, seductive house cut that is Lucid Dreaming. With turbulent drums, stormy synth lines and a big sense of drama and occasion, the track really lifts you up to a higher plane and the dream vocals of Francis finish it off in real style. A club mix is slight more driven and direct and then comes Moon of Taurus. This one is much darker and more physical, with a fat and rasping bassline spraying about wildly under clacking percussion and soulful, spiritual pads. It is dense and busy and makes you want to move and is another fine effort from this much loved pair.
