The Magician and Duke Dumont must surely be Siamese twins once separated at birth. Both write, create and produce the most perfect electro pop confections with a banging club-centric nu house sensibility. Brayton’s subtle then solid vocal soothes for the verse then tears it up in the chorus whilst the instrumental arrangement is all about the light and shade, the shimmer and the shadows. It’s got heavy radio rotation written all over it.
