This instantly feels more consistent and a little less gimmicky than ‘Slash Dot Slash’ the first single lifted off Cook’s new album ‘Palookaville’. Featuring Lateef on vocals (one –half of Latyrx and part of the Quannum Collective) ‘Wonderful Night’ could be described as mambo hip-hop (or something like that, 156 BPM). There’s also a rockin’ version (Trash mix), a dirty house re-rub (134) and a proper hip-hop mix by Chief Xcel (99).
