HOWLING BELLS
LOW HAPPENING
BELLA UNION

In it’s original form ‘Low Happening’ is lifted from Howeling Bells self titled debut album, and it’s a proper crunchy and angular psychedelic wig out, full of fuzzy distortion, driven by Siouxsie & The Banshees influenced drums, which perfectly compliment the wasted but charged vocals. This wouldn’t sound out of place amongst a set from The Duke Spirit. The Presets deliver an excellent acid house remix, forging together elements of old school rave, which also works a treat with the vocal. Howling Bells have created a big buzz, that could easily tip over into big success. Somebody tell PJ Harvey to watch her back.
