Not to be confused with The Loose Cannons of “Superstars” & “Almost On Fire” fame, this Loose Cannon are a lot dirtier, as Noel Vasquez who wrote “Altercation” reveals , “its about the dark twists of night – sex, love & lust on Back Piccadilly” (Manchester). Starting off as a beautiful melodic mid tempo strummer, “Altercation” soon develops into a speeding full of thrills & spills wall of vibrating sound, with a gasping 100 fags a day Noel getting worked up over his fuck ups, “oh darling please dont make me cry, I lost my way, I apologise…The truth is not what you need to hear”. Great stuff, its what being young & off yer head in the city is all about.
