Apparently the people at Ninja Tune have created Counter records for the sole purpose of releasing Levi’s stuff. This English born, L.A. based multi-instrumentalist, comes across has a convincing ‘modern T-Rex’, a sexy rock’n’roller that’s not afraid to appear effeminate. With Devendra Banhart’s producer at the controls, Levi’s forthcoming album ‘The Return To Form Black Magic Party’ should easily break him to a (deserved) large audience.
