Sound Alliance is Pete Jordan, the mastermind behind Sound Of Spectrum. ‘All Our Life’ has already gained radio play from Steve Lamacq & Annie Nightingale, and to be honest it’s quite easy to see why, as a filtering bassline rides on a rockin’ rhythm, while Hawkwind effects lead to guitars joining the bass riff, adding the odd lick & drum roll here & there, as the repetitive layers constantly jostle for pole position, locking you firmly in the groove. Sometimes keeping it simple is the key for getting under everybody’s skin. Resistance is futile.
