‘TX81Z’ is the groovy mind blowing debut from The Black neon, and as it hit’s the deck, you’re swept into a swirling mass of fuzzy psychedelics, riding on hip shaking rhythms complete with bubble gum handclaps. If you can imagine The Brian Jonestown Massacre and Simian getting together with The Banana Splits, then you’re sort of heading in the right direction. Sucking on a blotter in the afternoon sun never sounded like so much fun.
