Brazilian artist Leo Janeiro is on a roll right now. He is serving up big hit after big hit and now he lands on the Not For Us label. He serves up two killer cuts and the third is a remix by Andre Salata.
Opening the EP is Creator, a loopy percussive tech number that has rooted drums and airy hi hats. Its slick and seductive with clever little melodies and vocals adding details that make it pop. This House then drops down into even more loopy and rubbery territory and pumps a groove throughout. Little drum fills and hits make it all the more detailed and again prove this guy has real skill. The remix from Andre Salata is more out there with spacey synths and crisp metallic hits. Overall, a fine EP.
