Austrian producer Maximilian Doblhoff is normally a guy who’s musical home is connected with all sorts of Afro. With his new song ‘Don’t Complain’ featuring the sweet voice of Betty Semper he enters the world of Disco and finds a perfect home via prime label Midnight Riot. We still can hear loads of Afro related hints here and there inside the crisp production of the live instrument driven Original Mix, an unqiue & uplifting song with the warmth of Betty’s vocals backed with Hannes van Dam on keys, Alexander Strohmaier on percussion, Sebastian Bastillo Wie on guitar, bassist Ross Stanciu and of course Max Doblhoff himself on the drums.
On the remix front we find Midnight Riot head honcho Andy Williams aka Yam Who? Who goes for a more club friendly interpretation whilst a certain Mannix teams up again with his fella VillaLife to deliver a laid back Disco affair.
