immaculately crafted, they bring with them an otherworldly air. In this case he achieves it with the sound of bells, bringing a rich treble to the production, which tends towards but is not exclusive to four to the floor. ‘Dream Yourself Awake’ has a lovely layered vocal that builds naturally, while ‘Frau im Mond Sterne laufen’ has a graceful, twinkling treble but a nice full bass sound. ‘Wallflower for pale saints’ on the other hand shows how Pantha du Prince is just as effective without drums, creating a calming outdoor atmosphere. There is some beautiful music here, a little more relaxed than previous albums but still hitting the sweet spot more often than not.
