Globan Globus are two NY based brothers pushing things forward. Eric is the rock bass player who’s done it all whilst Joshua (Ryan) is the whiz kid DJ/producer who’s even had a UK top 40 hit with ‘Pistol Whip’ some time ago. Together they have come up with the epic ‘Blazer’, an instrumental hybrid of rock and gritty house. Taking U2 and Joy Division on a funky ride with several effective breakdowns version 1 is definitely best (123 BPM). After such levels of depth version 2, on a breaks tip, feels a little too manic (133).
