Huge a decade ago ‘Neuro’ is one of those tracks that helped shaped trance when it was still an underground sound. Surprisingly no one got the idea of reactualising it for today’s bangin’ floors until Riddler & er, Headcrusher got on the case and the fact is their 2004 remake sounds as urgent and massive as the original did then. Apart from the obligatory 303s and authoritarian drums, no unnecessary additional elements have been brought in, it’s still all about the killer classic riff (142 BPM).
