Chris and Guy turn in a clattering belter underpinned with a bass swell not unlike a particularly forceful bowel-evacuation by the creature from the black lagoon as a passing guinea-pig goes ‘whoops’ at frequent intervals. Frantic tribal drumming, ‘Miami Vice’-style 80s synth stabs and stern bloke vocal interjections complete a real rabble-rouser. On the flip, Chris teams up with Aaron to lash the hateful bottom of Sven Goran-Erikkson with a sinister tension drone and squirty riff not unlike a duck directing traffic with his knob out. It then ups gear via stabs and further percussion antics before exploding into full-blown acid techno which rises upwards and onwards to reach a storming climax. Ans that’s before the US psychedelic bloke drop! An old-style SUF-style classic which does indeed have it gloriously.
