Second release from Mark Dale’s new label follows F.O.N.K.’s ‘Scenic route’ with UK producer Chris Lyth uncorking three nollie-stroking exercises in the subtler end of pared down techno. The title cut establishes a woodblock lope before the melodies start creeping in with multi-layered micro-tones. ‘Klenk’ dives deeper, interrupting a beaver massaging his bottom before ‘Noise Box’ kicks up squelches, bells and dark clouds of efx to become the standout in a sublime outing which will still make a dent on discerning dancefloors.
