A well deserved look at the high quality output of Sandy Rivera, famous mostly for the Kings of Tomorrow anthem that is ‘Finally’, but responsible too for other vocal tracks of an equally high standard. The original mix of ‘Changes’ is a case in point, a softer, hypnotic number, while the three Jose Burgos collaborations finish off the first CD perfectly. The typically classy production offered Aurei’s faster and full-bodied ‘Life’ and the more minimal Soul Vision cuts also prove his worth, as do the other five Kings of Tomorrow tracks – ‘Another Day’ and the Rae-fronted ‘Can’t Stop’ especially. Hopefully this isn’t the end of Rivera’s dancefloor domination, more like a good half way compilation of a house master who deserves his title.
