S-sens’ new offshoot MHD roars forth with a spectacular take on the minimal sound. The title cut manages to work in old school ingredients cowbell, sinister vocal and gnashing 303 over a pulsing “French Kiss’ acid riff. ‘Strange’ is compulsive and unusual riding a minimal old school jack-stomp peppered with 303 and other acid embellishments. The deeper ‘Aux 2000’ belches huge sheets of sub bass and spacey melodies. ‘SFX 2000’ is a minimal pounder with twittering electro melodies. Hectic, wired and wobbly, says the doctor’s chart.
