Colin McBean first got his name up in lights as one half of The Advent, well now he’s about to take centre stage again, only this time round he’s known as Mr G. ‘E.C. G’ed’ is deep minimal & Detroit influenced with an acid underbelly. As it rolls along it fires off jagged percussive stabs that cut through a distant cosmic pad. ‘E.C.G‚ ed’ has got future classic written all over it, and Rebids is as per usual pushing boundaries and shaping up to be label of the year.
