Nutter alert! Norway’s Tore Jazztobak and Hi Fi Haavik have called themselves Cheese and Biscuits in their native language and appear to feature the relevant crunchy sound effects in the midst of their sparse, glitchy title track. But ultimatelty the effect is deep and haunting. Maintaining thewacky titles, ‘Cottage Cheese In Cantonese’ is actually subtler with a kyoto-like lead line adding to the oriental spice. Finally, ‘Zwei Jahre Aus Kloh’is another take on the lead cut’s groove and melody with an more galvanised electro flavour.
