Four Twenty are emerging as a strong source of quality techno and this three-tracker from Croatia’s Dynamic honcho Mladen Solomun carries the torch to create what could well become a classic. The lead cut is a Detroit-style anthem carrying a similar strings-drenched sweep to ‘Knights Of The Jaguar’, building on the insistent piano to quite euphoric heights. ‘Beauty & The Beast’ strips down to a more atmospheric minimal feel with Croatian female vocal and dub. Outstanding.
