Bristol duo provide this UK label’s fifth release in hard-hitting and atmospherically unsettling style. ‘Ophine’ is resonantly booming, intricately pperusedand filthily-ingrained enough to dip its bell-end into the dirty house box. Nottingham’s Tolfrey & Sylvester then give it a sublime minimal makeover which ups the eerie atmosphere. Finally, ‘Lexa’ plants Sophie Dominique’s graphic vocals over a densely hectic backdrop to dramatic effect.
