CHRIS COCO

01. Blue Mandy – Blue Mandy – CDR
A Cheeky re-edit of the M.A.N.D.Y. classic with elements of New Order’s ‘Blue Monday’. Always works.

02. Chris Coco – Evidence – CDR
From my new download EP (you can get it at www.chriscoco.com or tunetribe). Big house.

03. Cassius – Toop Toop – Virgin
The Reggae Rock Mix went down really well at the Big Chill festival, it’s house and reggae but not as we know it.

04. X-Press 2 – Kill 100 – Skint
The currrent definition of the moody builder…

05. Nina Simone – To Love Somebody (Chris Coco’s Stadium Rocker Mix) – CDR
Just finished this mix, making a great old tune contemporary, I’m really pleased with it.

6. Breaks Co-Op – Duet (Atlantic Conveyor Mix) – Parlophone
A beautiful song turned into an after hours club anthem.

7. Peter, Bjorn & John – Young Folks – PBJ
Perfect pop for the summer, this one should be on everyone’s playlist.

8. Patrick Chardronnet – Eve By Day (Ripperton’s Lovelee Dae Mix) – Connaisseur Records
They can’t spell but they can make slowly building modern electronic house music.

9. LP – Elanor Rigby – 7” White Label
A reggae version of the Beatles’ classic. No really.

10. Klaxons – Gravity’s Rainbow (Van She Remix) – Kitsuné Maison
The latest example of the great rock/dance crossover. Smashes it.

11. The Rapture – Get Myself Into It (Prince Language Mix) – Vertigo
Long, midtempo, dirty and very funky.

12. Gavin Herlihy – Machine Ate My Homework – Mood Music Records
A big club record that keeps working better and better.

13. Trentemøller – Always Something Better – Poker Flat
Mr T remixes his own track and makes it even better than his own original version. Does that make sense?

14. The Sunshine Underground – Put You In Your Place (Silent Pony Remix) – City Rockers
The biggest rocky dance tune of the last few months, now made into a weird club record.

15. Hafdis Huld – Who Loves The Sun – M Vine
A Beautiful cover of the Velvet Underground song. One to play at home after a big night out.
