Designed to cope with the company’s ever-increasing roster of festivals, the website boasts a fresh new look while retaining the ease of use that has made eufest such a popular choice for people planning their next European festival adventure. “We’re really pleased with the new look,” commented director Dermot O’Flynn. “Our old site had been feeling the strain for the last year or so, and we knew that we wanted to keep adding more new festivals but we weren’t sure that the site we had was able to cope. But if we were going to change it then we wanted to replace it with something truly awesome, so we’ve been working hard to try to include more functionality as well. There are still a couple of other features which are slated for the next round of development, so there’s plenty more to come.
Eufest was founded in 2003, and covers some of the biggest festivals in Europe, including Exit (Serbia), Benicassim (Spain) and Melt! (Germany). Last year, the company helped 10,000 festivalgoers to get to the festival of their choice. For 2012, it is adding 5 new festivals to its roster – Hurricane and Southside in Germany, Bilbao BBK Live in Spain, Frequency in Austria and
