Snoop Dogg, DJ Quik, The D.O.C. & Battlecat record together for Dr. Dre’s ‘Detox’

Big news west side as more information emerges as Dre Dre announces Snoop, Quik, the D.O.C. and Battlecat have created four songs for his album ‘Detox’ which is now into it’s ninth year of production! After many changes, many release dates and many skeptical fans all over the world wondering what the hell is going on, it seems things may finally be moving on. Over the years he has even received criticism from long time pal and collaborator Eminem, most notably on ‘I Need A Doctor’ as well as from Dre who has voiced that he is surrounding himself with the wrong people. According to Kendrick Lamar, the album is “basically done” and “getting mixed”, sentiments that Snoop backed up saying that two of the new songs would be solo cuts for Dre while the other two would be collaborations between Snoop and Dre. Two videos were released this week, both featuring all of these artists collectively working on the project and discussing the need to release quality work. We shall see DMC…
