The one-time Club 69 chanteuse has been associated with producer Peter Rauhofer and his Star69 imprint since its inception in the late-’90s, and now into their third decade making music together it’s time to return to the classics. This street-smart update of Pete Heller’s Starguard-borrowing smash from 1999 sounds refreshing original given a new lease of life and a cooler set of New York-styled mixes. Etienne Ozborne & Peter Brown lead the charge, with equally addictive creations from Muzzaik and Peter Rauhofer adding further weight to a track that was one many WMC Miami playlists including Roger Sanchez, Dave Aude, Hector Romero and Kid Massive.
