Party Pioneers Taking London By Storm In 2010

Following six glorious years of parties at Pacha, its former London residency, Hed Kandi has planned its attack on 2010’s nightlife with a new events schedule, and a brand new home.  Eschewing its traditional monthly parties, the brand plans to deliver instead a series of spectacular one-off London events throughout the year (three Bank Holiday Sundays) at Ministry of Sound, London.

With ambitions to deliver something bigger and better, the brand’s move to this world renowned super club will permit Hed Kandi to showcase the full complement of its musical offering by programming four separate rooms, each with its own sonic identity, for each event. Packing in some amazing special guests, themed rooms, and musical styles ranging from Nu Disco through to Twisted grooves, some truly exciting activity awaits clubbers on the night.

Kicking off on Sunday April 4th 2010, the inaugural programme looks like this –

The Box: World Series: Tokyo – Upfront hands-in-the-air house
The Bar: Nu Disco – The Future Sound of Disco, hosted by very special guests Kraak & Smaak.
The Loft: Filthy Disco and Bomb-Blast Basslines – Destroy The Disco
The Baby Box: Club Classics in the Back To Love Baby Box
Line-Up: Phil Faversham, John Jones, Andy Norman, Sarah Louise, Kraak & Smaak, The Lovely Laura on Sax and Pav on Percussion plus Kandi’s Amazing Dancing Girls

Hed Kandi continues to pioneer the party scene in London and the rest of the world. Expect typical Kandi flair, the most lavish production, unrivalled performances from some of the finest DJs and musicians, and the most up-for-it glamorous crowd on the scene.
