In its 28th glorious year, DMC continues to bring together the globe’s freshest DJ talent…vetted by a series of gruelling heats from London to Tokyo, USA and Brazil – all culminating in one of the most entertaining and jaw dropping shows on the planet. This year’s UK Final will push the boundaries even further with 8 fantastic competitors from around the country battling for a place at the World Finals. Our past World Championship winners from over the years include the superstar likes of the Scratch Perverts, A-Trak, Q Bert, Craze and Mixmaster Mike. 1) Tickets are only £10, and where in London on a Friday night can you find as much skill and entertainment under one roof? 2 National DJ Battles hosted by the host with most – INJA.
2) The venue is opposite Highbury & Islington tube station, so you can’t really get a better location for your Friday night!
3) Anyone who is anyone in the UK Hip Hop / DJ Scene will be in attendance along side an all star judging panel.
4) This years eight UK Finalists include three previous UK Champions!
5) If you know your DMC history you will know that the last few years Battle For Supremacy has been dominated by DJ Switch and DJ Nelson who have battled it out many times in the final, so this will be an interesting and exciting re-match!
