Once part of Guerilla records’ groundbreaking duo D.O.P., Kevin Swain is going back to his eighties roots. With its distorted live bass, Cure guitar hook and interestingly effected vocals, ‘Thinking Of You’ offers a real gloomy yet upbeat atmosphere; a properly British combination of electro-house and new wave with a zest of psychedelia. Only groovier than your average indie cut, this full song is deliciously mysterious (127 BPM). There’s also a more conventional breaks rework from Matt Dark Globe.
