Another good year for the label that also sees them celebrate their 100th release. And next in line to end the twelve months is Tim Green whose two tracks sound equally challenging and invigorating. The sizzling, ‘Humming Syrup’ is an intriguing blend of electronic funkiness and offbeat weirdness care of sassy bass, strange shuffling percussion and buzzing synths. Next, ‘Don’t Like Me’ pitches firey vocal edits together with an unrelenting rhythm section that is high on atmospherics, while proving this to be a most distinctive release.
