If you like your mid set house music to be lip-smacking and fulfilling then the My Digital Enemy original version is a meat and three veg first courser. I love this bug in the bass bin, old skool garridge bassline. I massively appreciate the way they’ve kept the breath in on the vocal lines – it’s refreshing to hear a singer who actually breathes again (isn’t it, like, WEIRD how we‘ve become used to this essential aspect of singing itself being totally erased). Anyway, ruminations aside, it bounces like a baby with a rusk in both hands and would put a smile on any Moody McLoody’s face. Rektchordz eerie chunky, choppy rave off has that post apocalyptic wasteland feel that afterhours lock ins were made for. ‘To Dust’ is a long lasting, go-to comfort blanket for djs and clubbers alike.
