This is truly excellent. Coming from a well known, though for now, undercover producer this smooth vocal from Aaliyah gets an extremely tasteful dance makeover from Vincent Sosumi. The groove is funky as hell and comes complete with a ‘proper’ bassline, cool chords and plenty of jazzy attitude. The main vocal version is then complimented by the punchier ‘Adrift Dub and an even more atmospheric ‘Reprise’ for good measure. Highly recommended.
