K: I don’t know. I don’t rank things much. Any night, I guess.

K: I prefer bars, I don’t have any favourite club.

K: Today I say Marianne Faithfull’s Broken English.
What record can’t you stand?
K: I don’t have records I can’t stand, once I threw a Rick Springfield in the garbage, he was popular where I used to live as a kid.

K: Cyndi Lauper’s Girls just wanna have fun.
What was the last record that you bought?
K: Blood Music and Sir Eric Beyond.

K: In music it’s Laurie Andersson, Kim Gordon and Kate Bush.
What’s your poison?
K: Coffe.
Who would play you in ‘Karin’ the movie?
K: I don’t want to be in a movie. I’d rather be behind the camera.
What’s your dream?
K: Peace and quiet… Happy kids.
How do you escape?
K: In music, books and film, but mostly get thrown back to reality after a little while.
What is your favourite possession?
K: My photographs. Then my home and my _ car, a Volvo 1800 ES.
What’s your greatest passion other than music?
K: Taking pictures. Good food.
What / Who makes you laugh?
K: My daughter and husband. We play games and laugh a lot, she’s very into dressing out at the moment.
When was the last time you committed a crime?
K: I drive too fast, too often. But not very fast though.
What is your life philosophy?
K: “Serenity Now”, said by George’s Costanzas father in Seinfeld.
What is the best piece of advice that you have been given?
K: I don’t know. I’m not too good asking for advices.
What is in your pockets?
K: Dummies (pacifiers), coins, keys, stamps, sand and a fir cone.
If you were an animal what animal would you be and why?
K: I used to make a lot of songs about animals but afterwards it felt like too much of escapism. A bird would be nice, but they seem stupid. A cat would be cooler. A lion maybe.
You are having a party whom, dead or alive is on the guest list?
K: I have come to the the conclusion that I’m not good at having parties, I can’t relax. So it doesn’t really matter who’s coming.
When was the last time that you embarrassed yourself?
K: I think I have quit doing that. I did that too much in the past.
