What’s The Best Night Out You’ve ever Had?
Sitting in the evening sunshine at our first Glastonbury having just come off stage absolutely buzzing! In equal 1st place is our second visit to the festival with our 6 piece live band – it was a magical red hot day and we look forward to next year with bated breath.
What’s Your Favourite Club?
Ageha in Tokyo – fantastic sound system, acres of dancing space, swimming pool overlooking the harbour, backstage sushi and hot tubs all accompanied with the Japanese crowds energy and crazy dance moves. Electricity and jaw hurting grins all round.
What’s Your Favourite Record Of All-time?
Queen – Killer Queen. The best male vocalist ever to grace this earth and we all miss what he surely would have given us if he’d had more time.
What Record Can’t You Stand?
There’s none we absolutely can’t stand, the theme tune from Emerdale is ghastly though.
What Record Did You Lose Your Virginity Too?
We have never had sex with a record.

What’s Your Dream?
To never be apart from each other. And the usual one about being chased by an enormous vampire carrot, up hill, through treacle, shouting silently and furiously trying to get your flying wings to work.
How Do You Escape?
Going across the valley to sit on the side of Dam Flask and watch the yachts sail across the ripples. Dave goes fishing and ness eats popcorn and strawberry laces.
What Is Your Favourite Possession?
Ness’s Mums engagement ring from her Dad. It’s very precious and beautiful, needs a clean now and then and wont come off her finger for any money!
What Is Your Life Philosophy?
Keep worrying – even if everything is going extremely well and couldn’t be any better – find something to worry about – its a great leveler!
What’s In Your Pockets?
A ring of power my precious. No really it’s a bit of tissue and a chewitt wrapper with used bubbly in it that Dave chewed.
If You Were An Animal, What Animal and Why?
A Dog, so we can sniff other dogs bums without the funny looks. So we can jump into cool lakes without any worries and sleep all day and never feel guilty about it. We wouldn’t wear collars though – except on special occasions.
You Are Having A Party, Whom Dead Or Alive Is On The Guest List?
Freddie Mercury, Brian Blessed, Jeremy Clarkson, Annie Lennox, Boris Johnson, David Bowie. At a Karaoke night in the open warm summer air with a barbeque and ice cold beer, no wasps and hot tubs. We like hot tubs.
When Was The Last Time You Embarrassed Yourself?
Ness – A few days ago on the floating bridge in the Isle of Wight after our gig at the festival. I did a dance recital to the watching stationery motorists with a crappie robotic and breakdance display followed by a ballet dance with shouted commentary. I was not allowed any more whiskey after this.
Tell Us Something That We Don’t Know About ‘Grandadbob’
Brian Blessed is on our new album. He kindly and eloquently performed the spoken word on the intro to Garden of Happiness and we paid him in home made gooseberry and pumpkin chutney from our allotment and a whole Glastonbury cheese!
