Still only a teenager, Maor Levi is already rumoured to be one of Israel’s next important music exports and judging at his debut for Above & Beyond’s deeper imprint, that could well turn out to be true. Relying on familiar chords and cleverly arranged female vocal snippets, ‘Lital’ instantly brings good vibes (epic prog with depth that builds and builds). On the flip up-and-comer Rouzbeh Delavari turns out a shockingly energetic electro-house rendition (awesome perc and evocative bits too).
