Lifted off Van Burren’s artist album ‘Shivers’, ‘Control Freak’ is clearly borrowing a leaf off Corsten’s book by cranking dark fuzzy synths to eleven. On the flip, Sander Van Doorn gets all techy with an abstract fusion of breakbeats, fat bleeps and ravey breakdowns.
