If the A side of this anonymous white label struggles to fully convince despite a solid production veering towards uplifting electro-house, the dub succeeds by harping back to those wonderful balearic moments when UK progressive was still in its infancy. With typical Slam pads (circa ‘Eterna’) and a good chunk of React 2 Rhythm’s old Guerilla fave (complete with its original ragga vocal) this straight-forward reinterpretation deserves to be (re)discovered.
