An apt title for the return of the sweet soul sensation that gave us a handful of boogie and disco classics in her ‘70s Curtom/RSO heyday, who surprisingly has spent more of the last two decades out of the record racks then present, although we shouldn’t totally discount her guest performance on Akabu’s “Ride The Storm” or her reworking of “Going Back To My Roots” at the turn of the decade. Returning to centre stage the lady’s lost none of her vocal prowess on a solid offering that’s given a club edge by Davidson Ospina who thickens up the funky bassline and brass stabs to suit the shuffling feel of the of this instant feel-good number.
