The standout from AVH’s recent ‘Ghettoblaster’ opus, and night-and-day compared with the wishy-washy ‘Touch Your Toes’. Armand wears his influences on his sleeve like a pimp-bold badge of honour, and ‘I Want Your Soul’ actually sounds more like a remix of Siedah Garrett’s ‘Do You Want It Right Now’ then an allegedly new recording. That said, over the years the song has rightly been held in high regard, and ahead of a full release in late-August the buzz is already building with Tong even proclaiming this a future number one!
