Quickly picked up from Rincon’s Tenor label, Hed Kandi has the march over their competition with this truly wondrous feel-good number. Sung by the voice of ‘Soul Heaven’, Ms Terri Bjerre has a real Barbara Tucker ‘Stop Playing With My Mind’ vibe to her tone offering a sprawling, gloriously dramatic vocal that’s ripe for crossover radio picking, and all without the aid of a stack of remixes. The original and dub are all that’s needed to tap into the anthemic nature of the chorus.
